			<description>The Smolov Jr is a 3 week routine/rep scheme, its like the Smolov Squat routine exept its less difficult, less CNS demanding and takes less time.



It works well for Bench and Deadlift.



So saying that, this could probibly be done for bench and deadlift at the same time.

3x10 - just to get warmed up, shoulder gave me a little grief.

3x5x50kg - my hangcleans are so much more explosive now after keeping the weights low for some time.



Jump squats:



5x3x50kg - BOOM. Lost control of the bar on the very last rep and it crashed down onto my spine - AGONY! Good thing is I like pain...
