Official Smolov Squat Thread /w program, calcular & info

Possibly the greatest squat gaining program ever created? or the perfect way to overtrain. You decide...

Just to clarify, because this is a russian program the ests/rep/weight format is Weight x Reps x Sets

I am going to try this after the Dec meet i am training for, supposidly u get mad gtfowtf!OOEN!NE! gains. Very Happy
